Frank brings a vast amount of commercial and strategic experience to Bracebridge. He has been involved in the sale of many businesses and management buy-outs. As well as being our non-executive Chairman, Frank is also Chairman of The Vernacare Group Ltd, backed by HIG Capital.
Previously, Frank has served as Chairman of The Frontier Medical Group Limited, JRI Orthopaedics Limited, and Therapy Equipment Ltd, three privately owned or private equity backed businesses which have each benefited from successful exits.
Until his statutory term of office ended in 2022, after a period of tenure of some 7 years, Frank served as Chairman of The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt NHS Foundation Trust, one of the largest specialist orthopaedic centres in Europe. Prior to this role, he was CEO and then Chairman of Summit Medical Group.
