Mark brings extensive commercial experience in the software and technology sector. He has previously led the MBO and managed the successful sale of a niche software business to a US NASDAQ listed group, representing a successful exit for Livingbridge Private Equity and management.
Mark is Chairman of Chalkstring, a SAAS business, providing cost management software for subcontractors in the construction industry. He is also Chairman of Clarity Software Group, providing estimating software across multiple industries.
Mark is passionate about developing recurring revenues, building a strong sales and marketing infrastructure and international expansion, all key factors that drive value. His role is to provide consultancy services to companies in the software and technology sectors as they look to develop their growth strategies and exit strategies.
